Hey, I’m Megan.
I help businesses turn complex goals into meaningful results. With experience spanning marketing, commercial growth, strategic operations and enterprise client leadership, I bring the right people, priorities and resources together to move businesses forward.
My Approach
People-first, always.
I’m naturally relationship-driven. I like understanding what motivates people, building trust and bringing different perspectives together around a shared goal.
Whether I’m working with a client, an executive or a cross-functional team, I’ve found that the best work happens when people feel heard, understand where we’re going and know how they fit into it.
Make it happen.
I’m equal parts big-picture thinker and operator. I like taking something complicated, finding the through line and turning it into a plan people can actually execute.
I’m comfortable making decisions, creating structure and keeping things moving, but I’m always willing to adjust when new information gives us a better path.
A Closer Look
A few chapters that show how the pieces of my career have come together.
Global Brand Transformation
As Director of Marketing and the Head of Marketing’s #2, I helped lead a global B2B SaaS transformation from the inside, connecting brand strategy, a complete website rebuild, customer storytelling, demand generation and global activation across the U.S., EMEA and APAC.
My contributions resulted in increased marketing sourced pipeline from 0-40% and a 175% increase in demo requests via the new site.
PayPal + HashiCorp
Owned an average $4M recurring-revenue enterprise portfolio at Just Global, leading strategic relationships, scopes, pricing, renewals and integrated programs. I expanded HashiCorp into an approximately $500K brand engagement at a 50% margin and built a PayPal partnership that ultimately led my core client to recruit me as her #2 at Macrobond.
Microsoft + Intel
This is where my career moved from automotive into enterprise technology. At CMD, I worked across Microsoft and Intel, learning how to lead highly technical B2B work across hardware, software and multiple industry verticals. On Intel, I ran the IoT account and partnered with stakeholders across the business to turn complex product and technical information into useful whitepapers, product briefs and publications.
On Microsoft, my work included Surface × NFL programming featuring Seattle Seahawks’ Tyler Lockett, with a focus on enterprise client partnership and cross-functional coordination.
A Few People I’ve Been Lucky to Work With
Let’s Connect!
I value genuine relationships, fresh perspectives and people who care about the work they do. If you see a connection between my experience and what you're looking to accomplish, I'd love to connect.
A Little More About Me
-
Detroit automotive. I began my career supporting Ford and spent more than five years working across Ford, General Motors and Cadillac through GTB, Epsilon and Martin Retail Group. I worked in paid search, global digital, CRM, lifecycle, lease programs and regional account leadership. Those years taught me how to navigate big organizations, manage complicated approval paths and keep a lot of moving pieces aligned.
-
I’m at my best when I’m trusted to own meaningful business priorities, build strong relationships and bring clarity to complex work.
I’ve spent my career across marketing, commercial growth and client leadership, partnering with business leaders, managing enterprise relationships and leading initiatives that require both strategic thinking and disciplined execution. I enjoy connecting the dots, understanding what matters most and working with people to make progress.
Whether I’m shaping marketing and growth priorities, leading strategic programs or strengthening client partnerships, I bring a genuine sense of ownership to the work and the relationships behind it.
-
I’m interested in roles where I can make a meaningful contribution, work alongside people I respect and have the trust and autonomy to do great work. I value thoughtful leadership, open collaboration and environments where relationships matter just as much as results.
I’m open to where that takes me, whether it’s with an agency, an established organization or a growing business navigating its next chapter.
-
Apparently, I’m an ENFJ-A, which made me smile because a lot of it tracks. I genuinely like people. I’m interested in what makes them tick, how they see things and what happens when you get different personalities and perspectives around the same table. At work, I often end up being the connector, bringing the right people together, creating clarity around where we’re headed and helping turn a lot of different opinions into forward motion.
The “A” stands for Assertive, and that part tracks too. I’m comfortable making a call, saying what I think and owning what comes next. I can be direct without losing the human side of things, and I think there’s plenty of room to be both decisive and kind.
